Every morning you can join local woman baking bread in the nearby village
community oven.
The bread we have is different from other places in South Morocco and makes a
perfect delicacy just with natural olive oil or accompanying a traditions tajine
or couscous in our restaurant.
Our “Galete Akhroum” is a bit more flat that other bread in accommodation
Morocco and its oven process is somehow a bit similar like Indian Nan. Its
crunchy consistence is indeed something to experience and make part of.
