Welcome to our hotel. We invite you to spend time with us in our
beautifully placed hotel right on the mountains near the city of
Ouarzazate. Indeed we provide an escaped to the urban ambiance Ouarzazate
is known for, this way you can spend some time in the nature while being
just 15km from the city.
We offer great views and traditions Berber living. You’ll be able to
cruise around in the villages around Fint Oasis.
Almost all there is to know about real Morocco is found in the South. An
escapade that takes you to the real Berber living and takes you away from
the already European style cities of the north.
The Hotel - Ouarzazate - Fint
La Terrace des Délices is a small familiar hotel located right on the edge
of the mountains viewing the amazing Fint Oasis. Fint is located 15km from
Ouarzazate and stands for a great alternative to the big hotels found in
the city. This way you can enjoy both environments. Our Hotel has 5 rooms
all traditionally decorated. Our Hotel views are the best in the area and
we invite you to spend a few with us, drinking tea, enjoying the sun the

Ouarzazate is to many, a passage way to enter the desertic regions of
Morocco. Its central Kasbah and nearby Oasis makes a very nice destination
to spend a few days where you can get in touch both with nature and with
modern living that Ouarzazate is proud of.
The hotel is located on the other side of the river on the bottom of the
mountain range. We invite you to spend a few days in the wildness and get
great pictures you’ll enjoy and remember when back home.
Passing a day with us means you’ll have to be able to handle patience,
quietness and traditional Berber living and live evening music. Every
morning our family get traditions bread “galette aghroum” that is unique
in the South. You can enjoy and take part of this baking process.
For a well passed day, you can visit all the surrounding villages, well
known for its fantastic views and local Berber activity.
We invite you to make a few excursions with us. We provide different
routes and excursion around the region. You can choose going for a couple
of hours in a donkey excursion into the mountains, visiting local tribe
houses and enjoying traditional life in the region.
